The start of a season is a great time to give your home a fresh start. Besides the weekly cleaning of dusting and vacuuming there are lots of places, appliances and fabrics that get dirty over time.
A good deep clean does not just make your home look better. It makes your space feel newer makes the air inside your home cleaner and gets rid of things that make you sneeze.
To help you we made a list of things to do room by room. Put on some music you like. Let us get started
The Important Rule: Clean from Top to Bottom
Before you clean any room remember to clean from the top down. Dirt and dust fall to the floor. If you vacuum or mop before cleaning the parts you will have to do it all again.
The Kitchen: Clean the Kitchen
The kitchen is the room to clean because of grease, smoke and food
Check behind. Under appliances: Pull out your refrigerator and stove. You will be surprised at how much dust and dirt’re there.
Clean the oven and microwave: Do not use chemicals. Mix baking soda and water put it on the oven and let it sit. Then use vinegar to make it shine.
Clean the garbage disposal and dishwasher: Clean the filter in your dishwasher. Run it with vinegar. For the disposal put lemon peels and ice in it to make it smell better.
Clean the pantry: Take everything out wipe the shelves and throw away food.
The Bathrooms: Make it Really Clean
Bathrooms need care because they are wet and can get moldy.

Clean the showerhead: Take it off. Put it in vinegar overnight to make the water flow better.
Clean the exhaust fans: Take off the cover. Vacuum the dust. This helps the fan work better.
Wash the towels and mats: Wash your bath mats and shower curtains in water to kill germs
Bedrooms & Living Areas: Make it Comfortable
We spend a lot of time in these rooms so we need to get rid of dust.
